Does Delrin need to be annealed like PEEK?
No. Acetal homopolymer doesn't carry the same residual stress profile as PEEK, Ultem or PPS, so annealing isn't offered for this material.
What's the difference between Delrin 150 and Delrin AF?
Delrin AF adds PTFE fiber for a lower coefficient of friction and better wear performance in sliding applications, at some cost to stiffness.
